Catering & Rental
Thank you for your interest in using The Java DeLight Café for your upcoming event. Below is a brief summary of our catering and rental fees. If you would like to receive our entire catering and rental agreement which includes a full catering menu, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
The rates for the Café rental only are as follows: Daytime $250.00 plus tax Evening $300.00 plus tax
Rental rates for a catered event are as follows: Minimum catered amount of $300 will lower your café rental to $125.00 plus tax Minimum catered amount of $500 will lower your café rental to zero (for the original 5 hours). The above rates include a five hour window which provides for one hour of decorating, set-up and/or clean-up time combined. Rates are for the Café "Front of the House" only which does not include the kitchen area.
If you wish to rent our space on an hourly basis, there is a flat rate of $55.00 plus tax per hour daytime and $65.00 plus tax evening.
